For the first time ever, the Northwest American Republic flag has been raised above the iconic Seattle symbol.

Several brave souls got atop the roof of the Space Needle Friday morning to raise the enormous Tri-Color flag. This was no small feat. Nothing but a rope separated them from the ground below, and they had to climb three separate ladders to get to the pole.

The Space Needle attracts millions of visitors every year. It is an amazing sign of progress when an institution like the Space Needle is ready to openly celebrate European American pride with us. I am proud of Seattle and proud of my my racial brothers and sisters who have fought so long and hard to secure the existence of our people and a future for White children.

Changes made to the federal income tax withholding tables to implement the Making Work Pay tax credit meant less federal income tax was withheld from my pay in 2009.
Then I got a $250 Economic Recovery Payment check in the mail.
As I prepared my 2009 tax return, I found that my $400 Making Work Pay tax credit was reduced to $150 because of the $250 Economic Recovery Payment.

My total tax went up this year, though, so the lower withholding from my paycheck was a cruel illusion: The amount I owe the Department of the Treasury with my tax return is nearly 50 percent higher than last year.

The incident at the synagogues involved backwards swastikas and the word "Reich" misspelled. It was an inside job or a prank played by idiots. The drippy story in The Seattle Times about the prank/scam is pathetic.

Buggery in the park

Twenty-eight men were recently arrested for having sex in a park near Tacoma, Wash., after families visiting the park complained. According to a news story in The News Tribune, some were registered sex offenders and one was likely HIV-positive. Cops say they could have arrested four times as many people if more police were available.

It's hard to think of anything more disgusting than buggery in the park, but comments to the news story in support of the buggery comes close.

Seattle's leadership refuses to use salt on city streets, citing environmental concerns. Their strategy is to send snowplows repeatedly over the same streets (maybe they're bio-diesel?) in an effort to create a snow-packed surface suitable for "all-wheel and four-wheel-drive vehicles."

Nickels and company ignore the pollution created by stuck cars spinning their tires on impassable downtown streets and say to hell with residents who can't get life-saving emergency services in a timely manner because firemen, paramedics, and police must walk several blocks to get to those who need them.

Members of local government responsible for such gross incompetence ought to be tarred and feathered in the public square, if not hung.
